Absolutely. Many of our clients approach us during the early stages of their project. Whether you’re exploring ideas or already working with a designer, we can guide you through the process and introduce trusted architects, structural engineers and planning consultants if required.
Our aim is to help you make informed decisions from the outset, ensuring your project is designed with both practicality and construction in mind.

The more information we have, the more detailed and accurate your quotation will be. Ideally, We’ll receive architectural drawings, structural information (where available) and an outline of your specification or desired finishes.
If your not yet at that stage, don’t worry. We’re happy to discuss your project, explain the next steps and help you understand what will be required before construction begins.

It all starts with a site visit. From here, Once we have received your project information, we carry out a detailed review before preparing a comprehensive quotation / tender package.
Where necessary, we’ll discuss specifications, finishes and any areas that require clarification to ensure everything is fully understood. Our quotations are prepared with transparency in mind, clearly outlining the proposed scope of works so you can make an informed decision with confidence.
